  24. @DOC TXT = This Viewgraph is created with the basic idea 
  25. that it will print out on a color printer using transparency film. 
  26. This is the reason for the dark green background. Having a dark background 
  27. is better on an overhead projector because there is less glare for 
  28. the audience.

  32. @DOC TXT = The main text is placed in a level 1 frame with 
  33. the same background and which measures 6" by 9" to correspond to an 
  34. overhead<@146>s size.

  38. @DOC TXT = The type colors are co-ordinated to look nice 
  39. on a color printer. They will work on a black and white printer as 
  40. well, and of course all the colors can be changed.

  44. @DOC TXT = The title is done using Times Roman Bold 36 
  45. point type centered in light magenta color. It can be called up using 
  46. function key F1 with the paragraph selected.

  51. white with magenta filled box bullets in 12 pt. It uses function key 
  52. F3.

  57. the double arrow bullets in cyan and uses the F4 key.

  63. @DOC TXT = The cyan frame is a second level frame and contains 
  64. only the tag called Line W Tab used to create the ruling lines. The 
  65. logo frame is placed on top of the cyan frame and intended to hold 
  66. your company<@146>s logo. Just remove the text and place your logo 
  67. using the Import command in the File Menu. The text <M>flow is turned 
  68. off for<D> this frame so your logo will appear on top of part of the 
  69. cyan frame below it.

  74. with any other graphic and is attached to the arrows which can be 
  75. used for call-outs

  79. @DOC TXT = As with any other Ventura chapter, all things 
  80. are infinitely changeable and this viewgraph is just one way to do 
  81. it.

  85. @DOC TXT = This page with the text file is simply added 
  86. using the insert page command. After you print out this text file, 
  87. just delete this frame and remove the page so the chapter will contain 
  88. only the first underlying page. Then when you add subsequent pages, 
  89. they will match the first page<@146>s format.

  93. @DOC TXT = Finally, the frame that says, <@147>Your Logo 
  94. Here<@148> is intended to be used for an image file of your own logo. 
  95. Just remove the text from the frame and replace it with your image 
  96. file. If your image is a different shape than the frame, you can resize 
  97. the frame to fit your image manually or via the Frame Settings dialog.
