@PRES TITLE 36 = BASIC BULLET CHART
@LEV 1 BUL 24 = This is the first level of the bulleted<R>
presentation chart
@LEV 1 BUL 24 = This is another line on the first
level.
@LEV 2 BUL 20 = This is the Second level of the presentation.
@LEV 2 BUL 20 = There should be at least two lines
for each level change.
@LEV 2 BUL 20 = This level uses the F4 function key.
@LEV 1 BUL 24 = This level uses the F3 function key
@LEV 1 BUL 24 = The title uses F1
@CO NAME = Company Logo
@DOC TXT = This Viewgraph is created with the basic idea
that it will print out on a color printer using transparency film.
This is the reason for the dark green background. Having a dark background
is better on an overhead projector because there is less glare for
the audience.
@DOC TXT = The main text is placed in a level 1 frame with
the same background and which measures 6" by 9" to correspond to an
overhead<@146>s size.
@DOC TXT = The type colors are co-ordinated to look nice
on a color printer. They will work on a black and white printer as
well, and of course all the colors can be changed.
@DOC TXT = The title is done using Times Roman Bold 36
point type centered in light magenta color. It can be called up using
function key F1 with the paragraph selected.
@DOC TXT =
@DOC TXT = The first level bullet is Helvetica 24 pt. in
white with magenta filled box bullets in 12 pt. It uses function key
F3.
@DOC TXT = The second level bullet is Helvetica 20 pt with
the double arrow bullets in cyan and uses the F4 key.
@DOC TXT = All the inter-paragraph spacing is 24 points.
@DOC TXT = The cyan frame is a second level frame and contains
only the tag called Line W Tab used to create the ruling lines. The
logo frame is placed on top of the cyan frame and intended to hold
your company<@146>s logo. Just remove the text and place your logo
using the Import command in the File Menu. The text <M>flow is turned
off for<D> this frame so your logo will appear on top of part of the
cyan frame below it.
@DOC TXT = The frame containing the graphic can be used
with any other graphic and is attached to the arrows which can be
used for call-outs
@DOC TXT = As with any other Ventura chapter, all things
are infinitely changeable and this viewgraph is just one way to do
it.
@DOC TXT = This page with the text file is simply added
using the insert page command. After you print out this text file,
just delete this frame and remove the page so the chapter will contain
only the first underlying page. Then when you add subsequent pages,
they will match the first page<@146>s format.
@DOC TXT =
@DOC TXT = Finally, the frame that says, <@147>Your Logo
Here<@148> is intended to be used for an image file of your own logo.
Just remove the text from the frame and replace it with your image
file. If your image is a different shape than the frame, you can resize
the frame to fit your image manually or via the Frame Settings dialog.
